Kopytka & Kimchi: Connecting & Celebrating the Diaspora

Kopytka are potato dumplings and kimchi are a selection of fermented vegetables. When these two dishes are eaten together, it’s a flavor explosion. Join chef Won Kim of Kimski as he shows us how to make kopytka and kimchi. Hear the story of how the Marszewski family combined Polish and Korean cuisine to create their unique restaurant in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood. Limited to 50 participants.
